We would like to thank Cheryl Gray of Selling Sunshine and Ocean luxury Reality for the help in purchasing our home. We bought a house in Ormond Beach sight unseen. Cheryl was very knowledgeable and helpful through out the entire process, always having our best interests in the forefront of everything. Cheryl was there for the home inspection and walked us through the necessities that had to be done per Florida regulations and the things that we could do little by little. I was looking for a place in FL. for 5 years. On a visit back in Sept. 2024, I drove past a home Cheryl had listed. I fell in Love w/ it & could not get my mind off this home.
