It's essetially the same process, slightly bigger product. I could see how my understanding of clients' motivations, goals and desires led to co-creating a smooth path to their dream. In 2003, I started my Hawaii real estate experience at Dower School of Real Estate. I won my Greenie Class Award during my time with Prudential Locations. And went on to work as an appraisal analyst in Honolulu's top appraisal firm, traveling around the state to value new residential developments like 808 Kapiolani, Moana Pacific, and Lokahi Makai.
