We first met Mindy as we were strolling around downtown Hendersonville. We stopped by the Remax office and Mindy was there to greet us and to chat. We had a very nice conversation as she asked questions about our specific needs etc. We were moving up from Miami so we had certain logistical challenges including selling our home in Miami. We also had a certain type of home layout to find as to accommodate our musical instruments, grand piano etc.Mindy had some property ideas in our price range and we went to look a several homes. We found a great home that would fit all of our needs and after some discussion we put in an offer. Mindy worked with the other realtor and after a few rounds put the deal together for us. We really love our home and its location.Mindy was a godsend for us as she had to do quite a bit of legwork, contractor referrals, inspectors and meet these people at the house for us as we were back in Miami.At closing time she did the walk through for us and reported right away that all was well. She went way above and beyond the call of duty!Mindy is the epitome of what a professional RE agent should be. She never once pressured us or try to convince us of something we did not want. She took our interests and needs and made them hers. We got to know her and we felt like she treated us like family, honestly ,with lots of integrity.
