My 23 year old son (living in another state from home) was buying his first house and ready to be out of his apartment. Allison helped him look and find a house that was structurally sound and just needed some cosmetic updates but well within his price range. I used Mindy to sell my home. At first she appeared to know the market and have a willingness to help, then I signed with her and then I realized my mistake. The moment she put out the sign with the wrong phone number the incompetence was obvious. She does not deal well with aggressive realtors, she will give in and justify any demands they make. She will cost you money. Beware do not use her. Dennis
