One of my recent transactions involved a military couple who was moving here from Delaware. They came here for one weekend to find a house. We found exactly what they wanted, however the house hadn't been built yet. I oversaw the entire build process for them and did their initial walkthrough and final walkthrough. When the house closed, they still had a month before they would arrive. During the month I kept on eye on the house for them, programmed their sprinklers so their grass wouldn't die and had the lawn mowed. They recently got to move into their new home and are overjoyed with the outcome! Often I am the eyes, ears, and physically the person who makes sure my clients are being taken care of and happy with their new home purchase. What ever it takes, I'll be there to do it!
