Mimi Simmons

Mimi entered the real estate business in Nevada County in 1984. In 1992 she founded Cornerstone Realty Group at 101 Boulder Street In Nevada City. She built the company to 4 offices and 60 plus agents, with her husband Phil Ruble. She is consistently a top producer and community advocate. A fifth generation Nevada County native, Mimi has excelled in all arenas of real estate and is one of the most competent brokers in the area. In 2006 Mimi sold the company to Select Properties, joining forces with 30 plus other real estate offices and 700 agents. Mimi now dedicates her self to full time real estate sales and has built the foremost real estate team in the county with Tammy, her transaction coordinator, Holli, her buyer's agent and Jodanna, her marketing coordinator.
