I have many transactions that I am fond of, I recently assisted a firefighter and his wife into their first home, as well as my own brother and his wife into an off market home we found by door knocking the street they wanted to be in. I found my parents their dream vacation home by sending out letters and found another off market home for them and they are in love. I recently found a flip opportunity for an investor who also had me design the flip for him, and facilitate the renovations, and make over 180k in profit after the resale. Each sale has challenges, and each time its rewarding in its own way, because in the end, I get to help my clients to where they want to be in the end.
I worked as a consultant designer, with real estate agents, meeting with sellers, and investors, giving them advice on how to get their home ready for sale, to gain the most profit whether that was through simple declutter/ restyle, or small or large renovations. I also specializing in real estate photography and marketing. I decided to get my license in 2012 and combine my design skills with a real estate license of my own.

Can my house not be photographed?
I understand your concern with privacy, however MOST buyers choose which homes to see based on photos and virtual ALL buyers will want to see the home prior to writing an offer. So by limiting showings, and by not offering photos, you are cutting your buyer base in more than half, in fact most buyers will pass it up if they cannot see interior or even photos . It can be invasive, and you have options of only a couple open houses, and not random showings, but you should absolutely allow your agent to take photos so that your home is visible, and the more buyers, the more offers the more money you may net.
