I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Milly Akins! She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Her responsiveness was incredible. If she couldn't respond at the time, she would let you know. She had sent me multiple emails of new listings and did plenty of home tours for me. Milly one afternoon as usual sent me a text with a new listing and told me to look at it and made me aware that it may not last long in the market. The house was a Gem, it had been fully renovated, it looked modern and it had everything I was looking for. We submitted an offer and now I am grateful to call that beautiful place home.
