Let me start out by saying that I have limited experience in dealing with realtors. I sold my house and bought a house. That's it. And that would normally not be good when praising a realtor in a comparative space. But I am telling you NO other realtor would have went as far above and beyond as Mikey went to sell my home. NOBODY. We had to deal with inheritances, estate filings, successions, attorneys and on and on and on. And he did it all. His determination to help my family and I sell our home was just plain awesome. I can't thank him enough. Maybe invite him to a crawfish boil or ten. Now, besides the madness he pushed through to just get the house on the market, his knowledge and patience was equally impressive. He sat down and went through every tiny detail until I understood it clearly. He knew the market EXTREMELY well. And markets fluctuate in the drop of a hat. So staying current with market valuations, I can imagine, is daily homework for a good realtor. And again, Mikey nailed it.
