If he does not know the answer to a question, he will say so, he won't tell you something that sounds iffy just to give an answer. He will research and get the best answer as soon as practical. He is also easy to work with, being helpful and paired with a genuinely caring attitude. He is also available, which is very important, as people's schedules often do not allow them to be in sync with the majority.
