From pricing the home correctly to negotiating with confidence, it was obvious that he understood the Cleveland real estate market extremely well. My wife and I decided to move South and I knew we wanted a great agent to represent us in the sale of our home in Westlake. After interviewing several agents we knew Mike Vonderau was the one for us. We were new to the home sale process so we wanted someone that would help guide us and educate us along the way. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with The Vonderau Real Estate Team. From start to finish Mike and his team were courteous, professional and provided great communication. Mike demonstrated a deep understand of the Westlake market and provided us expert guidance for pricing and staging. He did a tremendous job marketing the house and got us a great sales price! When it came to negotiation Mike firmly advocated for our best interests, negotiated favorable terms, and provided great counseling to make the process as easy as possible for us. Mike was always ready to answer the phone when we had a question or needed advice. He and his whole team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. The process of selling our house was a five star experience for sure! As far as I'm concerned Mike is the Best Realtor in Westlake.

My wife and I had been looking for a house for nearly a year until Mike Vonderau and his team got us into our dream home in Fairview Park, Ohio! From the sale of Condo in Westlake, to the purchase of our new home, they had been with us every step of the way. All the ups and downs, highs and lows. He was extremely encouraging throughout the process and his team was always willing to show us any house we were interested in at almost every hour of the day. When we first started looking, Mike provided us price comparisons on our condo for our local market, and negotiated a sale price we were extremely happy with. On each offer we submitted, he always gave us great advice and was very knowledgeable on different strategies to make the best offer to suit our budget/needs. Mike also has an extensive list of great contractors to utilize for any new homeowners needs. He is most definitely one of the best, if not the best realtor in Cuyahoga County.

Mike was highly recommended to us through multiple family members and he did not disappoint. As new home buyers, we did not know the first thing about buying a new home - Things to look for, inspections, financials, etc. The communication was 10/10 and we could always rely on getting a quick answer or phone call whenever we needed, including weekends. He made the entire process incredibly simple for us. He walked us through each step of the process and we found our home through the Howard Hannah portal that matches you with homes that fit your criteria based on our initial meeting we had with Mike. It took no more than 2-3 days from the night we drove by the house, to schedule a tour, and ultimately close on our new home. It was shocking and we couldn't be more happy with our new home. He will help you find the home you are looking for in such a difficult market to navigate. We highly, highly recommend letting Mike and his team help you find your new home.
