Mike Vonderau

Working with Mike and the Vonderau team was a great experience for my husband and I. We were moving back to the area from out of town and Mike worked remotely with us to understand what we wanted in our future home. He and the team were responsive and prompt when it came to seeing houses quickly in such a fast paced housing market. We fell in love with a home and knew immediately we wanted to make an offer, and Mike worked very hard to make it happen. We couldn't be happier in our new home and have Mike & the Vonderau team to thank!

Mike, was such a huge help when it came to buying our first home. The process was new to us and we didn't know much but Mike explained it well, advocated for us, really searched for the needs we had in a home, and made the process fast and easy. We loved our home and created so many memories having and raising our boys there. When it came time to leave our first home, we went back to Mike to help us sell it. We had to sell to move away for a job change and again, Mike advocated for us and made the sale happen right in line with our timeline we needed for the move. He and his assistant were a great line of communication between us and the buyers. We had a great idea of what needed to take place to make our house have value on walkthroughs and to be able to sell quickly. If I were still in the Cleveland area Mike would be the go to guy for any real estate needs.

They communicate excellently which makes the process a great experience.In a market that is extremely competitive Mike helped us secure a beautiful home to start our family in. Mike's ability to value homes, strategize and not only find a great home but also win the bid was the difference for us! We have worked with Mike and the team several times and will again in the future!
