Michael Vieira was such a great agent, I highly recommend using him! We had a very unique & different type of property to sell & he was very confident & enthusiastic that he could market it effectively for us . He did exactly what he said ! He was so patient , kind & supportive all the way through the process from listing to closing! He always responded to texts , emails & phone calls promptly. Working with Mike was the best part of selling my house! He was incredibly responsive, reliable, respectful, and trustworthy throughout the whole process. He was able to schedule a home assessment visit within the week of first connecting, and was able to accommodate my crazy work schedule. In my home, he was incredibly polite and attentive and patient as I asked SO many questions, and even helped me determine what I should do in terms of housework in order to get the best value for my home. Due to life circumstances, my timeline to sell became months shorter than I was expecting, and Mike was able to get the house on the market within the week (and created the most amazing Zillow listing, complete with stunning professional photographs and floor plan that made me wonder if I should keep the house after all!) And after just a week on the market, I accepted an offer. Even though there were a few bumps with the sellers, Mike navigated the issues better than I could've dreamed, and got me to my next chapter. I have already raved at length about him to everyone who will listen in my life, and I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
