Working with Mike was the best part of selling my house! He was incredibly responsive, reliable, respectful, and trustworthy throughout the whole process. He was able to schedule a home assessment visit within the week of first connecting, and was able to accommodate my crazy work schedule. Due to life circumstances, my timeline to sell became months shorter than I was expecting, and Mike was able to get the house on the market within the week (and created the most amazing Zillow listing, complete with stunning professional photographs and floor plan that made me wonder if I should keep the house after all!) And after just a week on the market, I accepted an offer. Even though there were a few bumps with the sellers, Mike navigated the issues better than I could've dreamed, and got me to my next chapter.
