If you need an agent, David is your man! Our situation was not difficult. We provided what we were looking for and David passed along any properties that fit the bill or were close so we could decide if we wanted to see them. Communication was good and he answered questions quickly. He made the process transparent and easy. 10/10 recommend David to anyone needing a good agent. Communicative and friendly . My realtor was out of town so Mike stepped in to help my husband and I with the sale of our home. We met before listing and got a list of items to address before listing to optimize our chances of securing a sale.
