My wife and I met Mike when we dropped in to an open house in our neighborhood. We live near the beach and were in beach attire. We explained we were not really interested buyers but just wanted to see what was available. Mike was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgable about the area. My wife and I both commented how out of the ordinary he was for his profession. Over the next year and a half we looked at many houses and met many local agents. When we became more serious we went back to Mike and worked with him to purchase our current home. It was a complicated purchase and Mike was always with us with great advice and resources. Since then he has stayed in contact and continues to be a trusted resource for anything from recommendations to keeping up on what is happening in our area.
