ZillowVERIFIEDI can not say enough good things about working with Julia Ruess. I was an out of state buyer who was connected with Julia through a friend of friend. I had no idea how things would work out but was on a tight deadline and couldnt really aEURoeshop aroundaEUR? for a realtor. Luckily I didnt need to. Julia was sweet and professional from the beginning and assured me that even though I was moving to a new state and unknown areas she would help me find my dream home with my long wish list. It was difficult for me to buy a house 2 states away and be in North Carolina all the time so there were many times I had to rely on Julia throughout the buying process solely through phone calls. The one time I could be in North Carolina for work, I had a short window where I could view a few houses and within a short time frame she was able to not only book showings for me to view with her but she picked me up and drove me around because I was without a vehicle (at the time I had no rental car and was traveling via a taxi which would have been very inefficient when viewing homes). I was so appreciative that Julia was willing to do that for a complete stranger because up until that point we hadnt met in person. Needless to say she worked long days, long hours, and communicated frequently to ensure my husband and I can get our dream home. I'm so very thankful I took the risk on her. Buying your first home is a huge deal and you never forget the person who made it happen. Thank you Julia!!
