A recent transaction was with a young married couple excited to purchase their first home together. Their previous experience was horrible and they felt that they would never be able to own in this competitive seller's market. They had missed out on 4 opportunities with their previous agent who was not interested in working around their schedule or responsive to their phone calls. They were lost and a close client of mine recommended that we meet. We sat down and outlined a plan that would save them time and money in the purchase of their home. We also committed to expectations that were set forth in our consultation. Within three weeks we were able to find them a great property that was not on the market. We were able to find a homeowner who was unsuccessful in selling their property 2 years prior but was interested in selling now. We received an acceptance on our offer and closed on the home in less than 30 days... 28 to be exact! The property was a small townhome and I'll never forget how they beamed with happiness when I delivered them their keys. It reassured that I'm in this business to help people and it is not just about closing another deal.
