ZillowVERIFIEDWhat a disappointment, it is a horrible company. I highly recommend NOT to trust them and especially Aimee Thibodeaux. I had out of TX state purchase and per friend's recommendation I hired her to help me to find my dream house that very quickly became a nightmare.I actually found my house, she didn't even have to look for it at all. Now the only thing she had to do is to ensure the house was ready and flawless to be purchased.The first inspection scheduled by Aimee was attended by my friend and the contractor. Aimee supposed to attend it but missed it. The second and final inspection to check the fixes and closing appointment was also scheduled by Aimee. So I had to fly all the way from California for her to notify me last minute that she was going to miss THIS appointment as well. She never rescheduled and she left me all alone, an unexperienced buyer against vultures. At the end I ended up with the house and some serious issues that now I am forced to possibly pay out of my pocket. I felt Aimee was always absent, we have never even met in person, the only thing she didn't have problem was collecting 3% commission, that honestly she didn't even deserve. I felt she should have been there to represent me and protect my interests or send someone (assistant, another agent) to help me out and not leave me all alone in this horrible situation. Now that I reached out to help me with the issue Aimee replied "My responsibility and obligation to this transaction ended when you closed on the home." WOW really? I think she is a horrible horrible HORRIBLE human being and greedy who obviously only cares about commissions she does not deserve!! Aimee is untrustworthy, extremely flaky and irresponsible. She is a realtor who will not give a dam once she closes the deal. DO NOT trust this realty, I hope it is obvious from my story that a customer is not their #1 priority but money is :(

We just closed today and she made everything so easy and seem effortless. Even though she has tons of clients you will feel like youre the only one. Her communication and ability to make you feel special is unmatched. I have referred her to 4 people just today. Look no further. She is all you need. We look forward to working with her again in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIEDThis was my first experience selling a home. I listed my home with Mike Mazyck Realty June 24 and closed escrow on my house August 10. My realtor was Jason Miller. I didn't know what to expect but had heard horror stories from other friends dealing with other realtors, so I was nervous. I liked Jason from the very first phone conversation. There was no pressure to sign a contract and he answered all my questions and concerns. Jason came to my home, looked over the property and met with my daughter and myself. My first impression of Jason held true and I signed a contract that day. There were a few bumps but I was never anxious or concerned because Jason always had my back and I knew it. His concern was for me at all times so much so that he stayed in contact while on vacation with his family! I have moved in with my daughter so I will never sell another property but if I did I would work with one company and one realtor. This group and Jason are concerned with and about their clients. There is no double-talk or double-dealings. I highly recommend Jason and the Mike Mazyck Realty team without reservation.
