It wasnt what I was looking for but he Took me to the 50th floor sundeck and pointed out all of the different buildings and areas that would work for me even though they were not his listings and I work with listing agents only. Michael does a lot of research in assessing the market to price out the home accurately. We sold the condo fairly quickly at an attractive price. The whole process was very smooth from the beginning to the end. I couldn't have been happier! I would highly recommend Michael.
