Navigating the sale and purchase of a home simultaneously is always a challenge but working with Mike made this process a walk in the park. We first spoke in December and outlined our goals. Mike was great at listening and gave plenty of advice from start to finish. His low-pressure approach made the process not only comfortable but fun! We ended up purchasing a condo and selling our home later the following year, when the time was right for us. Its so great to have someone who is super responsive and answers the phone! Mike is THE BEST realtor we have ever worked with. We decided to buy a house on a Friday, accepted offer on Monday with no bidding war. That is unheard of in the housing market right now, in our area. His timing expertise, strategies and negotiation skills got us the first house we made an offer on. We felt fully prepared and informed throughout the entire process. Everything was explained and all of the options were laid out in terms we could actually understand and empowered us to be able to be a part of the decision making process.
