    As a Broker at Keller Williams Preferred, I work with homebuyers, sellers and real estate investors. For buyers, my goal is always to help find your dream home and negotiate the best price possible. First Time Home buyer or not, I will walk each buyer through the many hurdles that can pop up during the purchase process. For sellers, I will assist you in evaluating your home based off of recent comparable sales, current market listings, and market trends. Then, create a marketing plan that is custom tailored to sell your home quickly, for top market value! For investors, my goal is to consistently target properties that will provide a minimum 20%+ ROI. Provide consultation during any necessary renovation to help maximize market value while staying within the client's budget. Finally, provide a marketing plan that targets a quick close at top market value so the client can move on to the next project!
