Mike has lived the majority of his life in Lincoln. Mike has several years of experience in code enforcement and construction management with everything from houses to large industrial power generation projects. Mike is a graduate of the University of Maine with a Bachelor's Degree in Ecology and Environmental Science concentrating in Land Use Planning. He works as an environmental consultant that specializes in the permitting process for projects that require approval on both the state and local levels. He is very knowledgeable with state and local area regulations with regards to municipal codes, the Department of Environmental Protection, and the Land Use Planning Commission.
