My husband and I decided to build a new house, which meant selling our Lake Norman home of 16 years. We needed a realtor who could work with us over the extended period of getting our home ready for sale. We chose Mike Hege as our realtor, because he is expertly familiar with the Lake Norman area. He helped us position our home for sale by staging it beautifully, taking exquisite interior and exterior pictures, and holding an Open House and Brokers Open House.
