Mike did a great job in selling my house. He had a professional photographer take pictures which really made the house stand out. It was a big asset in generating traffic to see the house. He was asking good questions, ensuring to understand my needs and goals. He focused on my experience to deliver a great all around service. Managing the communication with the perspective buyers and their agents, he was ensure that we had the best possible offers and all parties were transparent allowing for good fair negotiation. He provided advice on suggestions on pricing, house presentation and other things to get the house in the best position to be sold. The house sold quickly and for a great price! Puts out the extra effort to ensure you get your bang for your buck. Also a very friendly guy, with very keen insight and experience. While we were waiting for the seller, the guy even gave me a ride and showed me all the places of interest in the surrounding area. During the whole process he always kept me informed and pointed me in the right direction without hesitation. Miscommunication will never be an issue with him to say the least.
