About Mike Duncan

Customer service has always been number 1 with Mike. After closing over 750 Transaction in 18 years in the Palms Springs area Mike and his wife have decided relocate in St George, Utah. I am located in St George at the iPro Realty Network office servicing all of Washington County Utah. And will continuing to give the same great service. I was the SoCal Chapter Member of the Year in 2011, SoCal Chapter President in 2012, and I received the CRS National Presidents Award in 2012 and 2016, the first CRS Designee to be awarded the Presidents Award twice. In 2014-2015 I am serving as the Regional Vice President for Region 5 which includes the chapters of Alabama, North Alabama, North Florida and Georgia, 2016 Regional Vice President for Region 13, states of California and Hawaii. And I love giving and receiving referrals.

We live out of state and Mike was willing to spend a weekend with us driving around showing us what ever we wanted to look at. When we didn't find anything and had to fly home Mike was willing to look at houses for us and send us photos and info. He was very professional and not afraid to say what he really thought of the properties he showed us. The sale went as easy as expected.

I needed to sell my home as a short sale and I found Mike to be a local broker with superior knowledge of the local market. He found the first buyer (an investment group) which went well until they pulled out of the sale at the last minute. It was not Mike's fault, although their reasoning was legitimate they appeared to just sorta 'flake out' at the last minute. Within just a few days Mike called me back and had a second individual buyer, that was very interested. Mike had the new paperwork to me in a few days and the sale was back on. This sale involved a unique lien which did make the sale a little more involved but Mike's patience and follow-up was great. The sale was completed as expected with all parties more than satisfied. I would recommend Mike Duncan in a heartbeat for his professionalism, skill, experience and knowledge of the great Palm Springs real estate market.
