Interview everyone. If you aren't already connected with prior relationships it's always good to know the processes of everyone who will be representing you. Advice is always differing based on the market conditions. As the market changes, so do your steps to obtaining a home. That's why its important you have an agent who is knowledgeable to get you through.

Interview everyone. Don't just look at the number the agent tells you they want to list for, ask them how they came up with that number and have them show you the data. I can tell you I want to sell the home for the highest amount, but data typically wins in the end.

I have worked with first time home buyers, folks looking to downsize, upsize, relocation clients, vacation homes, people looking to renovate the entire home, etc.

I love teaching. My favorite thing to do is MY JOB. I don't expect anyone to be intimately aware of the process. I sell more homes in one month than most people live in during their lives so I really enjoy explaining to people the why behind the action.

I got started when I was working in a luxury business development setting. I was away from home more than I wanted and knew I had what it took to build a business for me.
