A University of La Verne Law School and Cal State Northridge Grad, I bring a wealth of knowledge and information gained through extensive experience. Leveraging my experience as a business owner, I am known for outstanding client service, 24/7 availability, high tech marketing techniques, personal touches and as a skilled negotiator with my client's best interests at heart. I am honest, sometimes telling clients things they might not want to hear, hardworking and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate industry, having worked every aspect of it. On the mortgage side, I gained valuable experience having spent 10 years working at J.P. Morgan Chase and Bank of America where I was responsible for analysis of complex Real Estate Mortgage Investment Conduits and negotiating the terms of mortgage loan origination and servicing agreements with investors. I am a San Fernando Valley resident since 1988. As enthusiastic member of the community, I enjoy showing clients the best that the Valley has to offer.
