Throughout the whole process Michelle worked diligently getting info from the HOA not only helping me but also the buyers mortgage company so we could close as fast as possible. The write up and presentation she did for my condo was top notch. She really showed it well and that paid off. She did a million more things for me but there's not enough room on here. I'll just say I would use her again and highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIEDIf you're looking for an agent that goes over and above in every aspect, then Michelle is the agent for you. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable about the area and market. She was spot on about how to best show the property and get it ready for sale. The home for sale was actually under construction due to water damage. Michelle stepped right in and helped with helped coordinate the construction, helped make choices, and intervened when issues arose. There are still some issues that are outstanding that Michelle is helping with even though the property is sold. I doubt you'd find another agent that would go to that extent. We had our first offer in 2 weeks and were able to close 6 weeks later. I've already recommended her to a number of people in the area. Look no further for your agent.
