Michelle was part of the realtor team that helped sell my home in a really oversaturated market. She was absolutely wonderful, and I always knew my home was in good hands. We had already moved, and Michelle kept everything show-ready, including replacing the plants that did not survive a freeze. She also has a wonderful eye for staging, and is very aware of market trends. I would absolutely work with her again.

Michelle did an exceptional job in helping us buy our Sunshine State home! She knows the local housing market and conditions thoroughly and helped us achieved a purchase price that saved us a great deal of money. Being out-of-state buyers, Michelle guided us through the purchase and closing process while looking after our interest every step of the way as we couldn't be there in person. She was particularly helpful when we had to deal with a less-than-desirable title/escrow agent that was chosen by the seller since the seller was paying for the owner's title insurance policy. What's more, Michelle continued to help us after the closing as it would be another month before we would arrive at our new home. She'd went above an beyond what an average agent would, but she's no ordinary agent. I would definitely recommend Michelle as she's a diligent and execptional agent, and will look after your interest as well.
