Michelle did an exceptional job in helping us buy our Sunshine State home! She knows the local housing market and conditions thoroughly and helped us achieved a purchase price that saved us a great deal of money. Being out-of-state buyers, Michelle guided us through the purchase and closing process while looking after our interest every step of the way as we couldn't be there in person. She was particularly helpful when we had to deal with a less-than-desirable title/escrow agent that was chosen by the seller since the seller was paying for the owner's title insurance policy. What's more, Michelle continued to help us after the closing as it would be another month before we would arrive at our new home. She'd went above an beyond what an average agent would, but she's no ordinary agent.
