About Michelle Spreacker

Real estate has been a passion of mine for over 20 years. Licensed in both West Virginia and Ohio, I'm a member of the Huntington Board of Realtors, Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors as well as the WV and National Boards. I'm currently serving a three-year term on the Board of Directors of HBOR. I've served as President of the Pinnacle Chapter of BNI in Huntington and I was voted Best in the Tri-State for Cabell County in Residential and commercial real estate in 2024, as well as for 2020 through 2023 and Cabell and Wayne County for 2018 and Best in Cabell County in 2017!!! As a multi-million dollar producer, I'm very excited to be a part of the very successful team at Realty Exchange and to have the privilege of working with you to Buy or Sell your Tri-State home! I grew up in Huntington, attended Marshall University and graduated with a Communications degree from Belmont in Nashville, Tennessee. I lived there for 20 years and worked in the music industry as a writer, singer, songwriter and musician. I also have experience in retail, tax preparation and in owning my own business. Most of all, I enjoy working with people!!! I returned to the Mountain State in 1997 and live on the southside with my husband and my two Jack Russell rescues.
