We found Michelle by clicking the link at the bottom of a home on zillow, she responded within minutes with a professional, to the point phone call which is what you want. The first and only house we had her show us, she immediately contacted the homeowner during our showing to discuss some obvious issues and they agreed to fix them before we even offered. We did not beat around the bush and neither did she which was appreciated.
