We negotiated builder incentives, coordinated the mortgage process seamlessly, and even managed a last-minute rate lock to save the buyer thousands. Seeing a service member and their family get the keys to their dream home—that’s what makes this job so rewarding.

I grew up in a military family and moved often, which gave me a deep appreciation for what “home” really means. After settling in Florida, I earned my real estate license in 2007 and have spent the past 18 years helping families find their place here in the Tampa Bay area. I’m also certified in new construction sales, real estate negotiation, and assumable mortgages, and I serve as an accredited mentor and team leader. In addition, I’m a licensed mortgage loan originator, allowing me to guide clients through both the real estate and financing sides of their purchase.
