Seemed friendly & responsive at first, but as time progressed, interest in helping us buy a house seemed to wax & wane. She suggested some things to keep us from buying a house that would cost thousands in repairs, but later suggested we look at a few houses in our price range. She didnt talk much or answer questions unless we asked her first. Gave the impression that we werent high rollers & didnt make much effort in helping & wouldnt return our phone calls in a timely manner (at least one day). Then once she seen that our texting messages were getting through to her, she would only communicate to us by texting, even though I asked her to call me & no texting. She got her commission check & was then happy that the sale went through.

I chose Ms. Rowland because she was affiliated with a nationwide real estate organization which I thought would help to show my property to more markets. Additionally, I selected her for her knowledge of central eastern Kentucky. She is from the area and has lived and worked in the area for several years. I had already had the house listed with a few other real estate companies and frankly, I felt discouraged by the lack of creativity. Ms. Rowland had ideas on how to find certain interested buyers for my unique property. She didnt just list it and let it sit there. She brainstormed and analyzed the market. For example, we discussed the type of people who might be drawn to the property based on the surrounding areas work force, outdoor activities, and local interests. She developed a great video for the property which gave it more exposure. I knew I would have to come down on price if I wanted to sell it fast but Michelle managed to keep it in a range where I was able to break even, which was my goal
