Our HOA was making mistakes during the final approval process and Michelle was at the forefront making sure it was completed correctly as we were out of state at this point. Our title company in WA made an error on the purchase of our home here, grabbing incorrect information from the sale of our home in FL, and once again Michelle cleared things up with the WA title company.
