It is difficult to find a single word to describe Michelle, but awesome is a good start. We have been searching for a retirement home for over a year and throughout the process, Michelle spent the time to understand our specific needs and helped steer us through the many advantages/disadvantages of various locations and home designs. As out of state purchasers, we relied heavily on her expertise and found her to be incredibly accurate on the prediction of competitive offers and hot properties. We always felt like we were a priority to Michelle and she was always available for calls and video communications during home visits. When the home we purchased came on the market, she immediately called us and urged us to make a competitive offer. With her guidance, we beat out two bids that also came in on the first listing day. Her persuasive skills and logical arguments were successful in securing favorable resolutions to inspection and improvement items. She had us well prepared for closing despite the local turmoil caused by the devastating hurricane Helene. Michelle even took the initiative to find the original builder and organize a post inspection meeting with us to help clarify any design and construction concerns. She demonstrated an excellent knowledge and pragmatic suggestions related to the entire purchase process. After closing, Michelle eagerly helped us with local contractors for some minor work ahead of our move.
