Michelle helped our family find a house in 2021. She showed us multiple houses in and around Lutherville over the course of a year, and was great with getting us in fast and according to our schedules. She gave great advice as far as offers and negotiating. We ended up in our favorite neighborhood in a great house. Then, after we bought, she got our old house under contract for full ask in under a week. Prior to listing she helped with preparing the house to get it ready to sell.
