Michelle is extremely professional and competent. She showed us several houses. We found a non-MLS listed house from a private seller. At our expense (buyer) we asked Michelle to handle the transaction. Her handling of multiple issues was crucial to a successful and stress free purchase. Having her represent us was an exceptionally good idea on our part. Having purchased multiple houses in the past, I can say, without reservation, that Michelle is the best real estate agent I've dealt with as a seller or buyer. I can not overstate how highly I recommend her.

You know that feeling where you are in a bad relationship and you finally end it and get perspective on it and you look back and ask yourself what took so long? That's how it felt working with Michelle. It was like she did not want to work. Weekends were basically off the table. Had to send her the same emails again and again. She never cared or knew what we wanted and we had to do all of the work. Have not bought real estate in a while so I was not sure of the approach. Did not realize how unresponsive she was until I went to another website and the salesperson there was great and still reminds us of properties daily as though we mean something to him. We are now on the verge of buying. Case in point of how bad she was from day one: we drive three hours up north to meet Michelle for the first time and look at a place through Zillow. She lives in the area we visited yet she showed up late and in golf attire! Never responsive to anything and it was a complete waste of time working with her. We understand it is a hot market right now and you have to act fast. Not this one. Never heard from her unless we pushed and then she claimed to have purged all our emails when we asked her to find us properties based on what we sent us. We actually ended it once and she talked us back only to blow us off again. The worst!
