Michelle is a great realtor to work with. She is knowledgeable, patient, and an advocate for her clients. We had a few requests that Michelle gladly accommodated, such as no sign, no key box, and no open houses. While she did communicate that those requests could slow down the sale of our house, she never complained and worked with us. Throughout the roller coaster ride of potential buyers coming and going, Michelle continuously followed up with the buyers realtors and communicated the status of their interest to us. Once the Buyer finally came along, Michelle handled the contract and closing process like a true professional.
