Before embarking on her real estate career, Michelle excelled as a Human Resources Leader across industries such as retail, pulp and paper, and oil and energy. Her expertise in negotiations, training, business strategy, leadership, and customer service has become the foundation of her success in real estate. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Lamar University.
