Welcome to the Shoreline! My name is Michelle L. Mayo, and I've been helping buyers and sellers in southeastern Connecticut since 2009. My career background includes working as a real estate paralegal, property manager and a relocation director for a national real estate company. Altogether, I've been working in the real estate industry for 20+ years! My passion is helping people, and this is why I became specialized as a SELLERS REPRESENTATIVE SPECIALIST (SRS), an ACCREDITED BUYER'S REPRESENTATIVEA® (ABR), REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATION EXPERT (RENE) and as a SENIORS REAL ESTATE SPECIALISTA® (SRES). These are professional designations I earned so that I could provide extra counseling and guidance to home sellers, home buyers and senior clients. I am also proud to be certified as a MILITARY RELOCATION SPECIALISTA®. I've been awarded 5 years in a row the CONNECTICUT MAGAZINE FIVE STAR REAL AGENT AWARD. I have also received the Eastern CT Association of Realtors CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE AWARD. I am an experienced real estate adviser and negotiator who will take the time to truly listen to your needs.
