Interview at least 3 agents before deciding on someone to sell your home. If you were to do a major renovation on your home would you interview one contractor or three? Three! Same goes for selling your home, we do no all operate and market the same way so you need to know who is doing things differently.

Friends of ours tried to sell their home for sale by owner and after a long exhausting process, they decided to hire us for the job. In just two short weeks, the home was under contract and closed thereafter. They are now able to start construction on their dream home. Sometimes it takes a professional that knows how to market a property the right way to get it sold!

After moving from Florida to South Carolina, my husband and I knew we wanted to be our own boss and real estate was always an interest we had. We had taken on several foreclosure renovations over the years and enjoyed being immersed in the industry.
