She is thorough in her due diligence and her comps are detailed. It?s obvious how much digging she does prior to showings to understand the history of the listing, even going as far as calling to the listing agent to get any extra details not written on the official listing comments itself. She never pressures you into making a choice you aren?t comfortable with, nor makes you feel rushed or guilty with the long list of showings you recommend. One of my favorite aspects in working with her is when she helps evaluate the numbers and will provide her professional opinion when NOT to counter offer any higher during the negotiations. This happened a couple times during my process and am extremely thankful for it. She does spell out times especially in this hot market the opportunity costs and what risks you are in with losing a property if you don?t act quickly. She can cater to both home buyers and experienced investors well. No hesitation recommending her to my friends!
