She worked crazy hours to accommodate myself buyers and was extremely knowledgeable in every step of the process, which took a lot of stress off of myself. I feel she has a very clean Process to work with and have even referred her since then and will do so in the future for my own needs and anyone that I know! She calmed any nerves that I may have had found solutions to any changes I needed, and I felt like her being my agent wasnt just a professional transaction. Michelle wrote a clear and comprehensive contract. She responded immediately to all texts and I cannot think of a single time she did not answer the phone when I called.
