ZillowVERIFIEDWe recently completed a purchase of a condo with Michelle Hampton assisting us in the effort to find the property and close the purchase deal. The process was complicated in that it involved not only the seller, but we were two separate buyers - with one being a trust. COVID limited our ability to view properties but Michelle was able to co-ordinate the required paperwork and we were able to see nearly a dozen offerings. Once we found the property, Michelle worked to ensure all the title work, loan processing with our lender, inspections and closing activities were done timely and efficiently. Due to COVOD restrictions, the majority of the work was done remotely but was completed in a timely manner. Michelle was responsive to our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. She was good to work with and got the job done.
