We recently completed a purchase of a condo with Michelle Hampton assisting us in the effort to find the property and close the purchase deal. The process was complicated in that it involved not only the seller, but we were two separate buyers - with one being a trust. COVID limited our ability to view properties but Michelle was able to co-ordinate the required paperwork and we were able to see nearly a dozen offerings. Once we found the property, Michelle worked to ensure all the title work, loan processing with our lender, inspections and closing activities were done timely and efficiently. Due to COVOD restrictions, the majority of the work was done remotely but was completed in a timely manner. Michelle was responsive to our questions and kept us informed throughout the process. She was good to work with and got the job done.

We met Michelle at an open house, when we first started thinking about moving. We instantly hit it off. She called us the next day, and already had homes in our range. It took a while for us to narrow down exactly what we were looking for, but Michelle was always encouraging with lots of ideas and new neighborhoods to show us. We always appreciate her energy and excitement at finding people their perfect home. Shes a super kind person and knowledgeable about the area and its many neighborhoods. Our search was cut short, unfortunately, by the Corona virus, but we look forward to working with her when we resume the house hunt!
