Michelle did a great job with the sale process of our home and in such a time crunch too. Communication at times was sporadic and seemed like we were taking a back seat however her knowledge of the market and what was fair market value helped us in achieving a total of 5 offers on our home in less than a month and this during the cold snowy Cleveland winters. With every offer we received there were of course ups and downs but she was able to help us to understand what was going on and offer expert advise in order for us to sell our home. It bears mentioning we went on the market November 13th 2024 and sold January 29th 2025 and we were able to make a profit. Thank you Michelle!

We worked with Michelle to move from Dayton to the Cleveland area. We have 2 young kids and 2 dogs so it wasn't easy to view houses in person- especially in this market where houses last a day. Michelle went out of here way to do virtual walk-throughs of so many houses. She must have prioritzed us more than once in the 2-3 month house hunt. What I appreciated most about work with Michelle was her honesty. She was honest in the virtual walkthroughs, she was honest in deciding how much to offer, and she was honest about what she thought afford. We will be reccomending Michelle to anyone who will listen!
