Anita goes above and beyond to assist in finding a perfect home. I was not in state to view the properties but Anita would go to the properties for me and FaceTime me (there had to be over 7 places she went for me). Once I entered into contract her and her office advocated for me up until closing which took about 5 months (due to sellers) and never backed down even when sellers and/or their agent were being difficult. I will continue to utilize the services of Anita and recommend her to any one who wants to buy property.

Anita was a phenomenal realtor from start to finish! We had gone through 2 agents before getting her through Zillow. Every time we found a property we wanted to see, she was immediate on getting us an appointment scheduled to view the house and she also did her homework on the property before and after the visit to make sure we had all the details. I had a very complex purchase process and several times I thought the whole thing was going to fall apart, but not only did Anita pull upon every resource she had to find me a lender that could help me finance my home, she gave me excellent recommendations on an inspector and gave me real deal facts on which home I should really purchase when it came down to our final 2 options. She was so helpful running comps to make sure my offers werent too high and her negations skills and finesse with the Seller Agent was top notch. I would not have been able to purchase my home without her. After 6 months of trying we found Anita and it was a whirlwind 2.5 months, but I closed on 12/15/2021 and she was with me every step of the way! I highly recommend her!
