As first time homebuyers shopping in a completely new area, my wife and I were certainly intimidated by all the ins and outs of homeownership before we met Michelle. She took the time to make sure we fully understood every step of the process and provided excellent insight into the area. She moved quickly to set up showings for homes we had our eye on and other options that we hadnt even considered. She was mindful of our budget and really understood exactly what we were looking for even if we didnt explicitly state every detail. She did a great job of pointing out positives but also potential challenges of some properties that we may not have otherwise considered. Once we were under contract, Michelle was timely and communicative with our lender and the sellers and made the process super easy for us. Ultimately she got us into our perfect starter home in an amazing community and we couldnt be happier!
