ZillowVERIFIEDTERRIBLE. We hired Michelle Scott to sell our house this year. She was also hired in 2018 to purchase the very same house at a much higher price than it was worth. However, this time she made us sell the house much lower than it should have been. We had a tight schedule and trusted her. Unfortunately, she took advantage of the situation and hurt us in many ways. First, she made us pay a fortune in cleaning and repair, and then suggested we sell aEURoeas is.aEUR? She refused to put our house on the market as aEURoecoming soonaEUR? or the selling price it should have been. Additionally, she held the open house on Monday morning and told us we only got one offer. Later on, we realized she actually had a buyer and very unprofessionally manipulated us to sell this house at a much lower price. I am uncertain if she did this because we were not her favorite race or if she simply did not like us. If if you are people of color, I would not even consider hiring her.
