Over 20 years ago Michelles mom Carol (a fantastic person) sold us our home that we still live in today. We were lucky enough to get to work with her daughter this year. Michelle is also a fantastic person, being a great realtor was a bonus. We were in search of purchasing a house to rehab and use as a rental. She was very knowledgeable on real estate and rental property and was always looking out for our best interest. There were times we went in to some really bad looking places and she always gave her honest opinion on whether or not she felt it would be a smart purchase for us.
