Michelle made our home-buying experience in Winter Park smooth and enjoyable. She was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly knows the Grand County area well. Her attention to detail and great communication helped us feel confident every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Paula made the entire experience of searching for and purchasing a house very comfortable and low stress. From giving tips about upcoming properties on the market, to flexibility with meeting for home tours, to her advocacy in negotiating a purchase price and credits for inspection items, she was prompt and professional. The biggest source of comfort for us was her attention to detail and advocacy. I truly feel that she represented our interests and that selling homes is more than a simple business transaction for her. Plus, she was fun to work with. Thank you, Paula!

Paula was great. She was friendly, honest, and easy to work with. She listened to what we were looking for and helped coordinate so much throughout the inspection and buying process. It was a pleasure to work with her.

Stephanie goes the extra mile, is a good negotiator, and a lovely person to work with. Highly recommended. The only feedback that I have is that the Inspector recommended did not thoroughly check a low cold water pressure in the kitchen- and Inspector and Stephanie, as well as other opinions stated "It could be minor, like a valve." It would have been on me, so I consulted someone with some plumbing knowledge- other plumbing opinion stated "No way! Do not buy it if the owner does not fix it! that owner is dumping their problems on the buyer! Could cost you if not minor." Personal, subjective opinion and a bit of superstition on the recommended Inspector's part precluded my going forward with the listing contract we had all worked Very hard toward the purchase- and thus due to that issue which was opined to be "minor," I would not take the risk and terminated instead. I would hire an objective inspector in this case. Otherwise, Stephanie is Super great to work with and very helpful.

It was a pleasure working with David Mans?he went above and beyond what he needed to do to ensure we could buy the house we really loved. His background growing up in the local area we purchased our home in really helped us see things and make decisions that were for the best. I wish him all the best and hope he?ll be able to help other homebuyers/ sellers?.
