Look no further for a Realtor! Michelle has been the BEST realtor to work with hands down. I bought and sold my first house through her, moved south (wishing we had a realtor half as good as her down there), then came back to PA and bought another house through Michelle. My husband and I first listed our home with another agent and lost two potential buyers. Our house was on the market for over a year. When we decided we needed to hire a new agent, we interviewed Michelle, and she blew us away. Like a magician, Michelle walked through our house and recommended changes we could easily make, at no additional cost, to improve the layout of the house and create more space to attract potential buyers. I followed her around with a notebook and wrote down all of her suggestions, and we then implemented every one of them. She also prepared a marketing plan after researching the competition and strategically priced our house to compete with neighboring houses on the market. Within five days of listing, we had an offer. During the negotiation stage with the buyers, Michelle again provided us with expert advice and recommendations, and we sold the house. Michelle knows the local market well and is an expert in every aspect of home selling. What our previous agent couldnt achieve in over a year, Michelle handled with ease within a few weeks. She is a real estate guru. We are working with her again to sell more real estate because we trust her implicitly. We highly recommend Michelle!!!
