My husband and I first listed our home with another agent and lost two potential buyers. Our house was on the market for over a year. When we decided we needed to hire a new agent, we interviewed Michelle, and she blew us away. Like a magician, Michelle walked through our house and recommended changes we could easily make, at no additional cost, to improve the layout of the house and create more space to attract potential buyers.
